A Personal Understanding of the Journey
As a former student-athlete and coach, Kara is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, relationships, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, build resilience, and grow in confidence as they discover who they are and who they want to become.
Her Approach to Care
Kara’s approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and whole-person care. She believes that meaningful growth begins when individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their journey.
Rather than focusing solely on challenges, Kara works to help clients recognize their strengths, develop resilience, and build a healthier relationship with themselves. Her goal is to support each individual in navigating life's difficulties while gaining confidence in who they are and who they want to become.
